We have 5 private lofts: Three on the ground floor and two on the upper floor.

* Each loft features a private entrance with a personal access code, stunning views of Lac des Sables, a fully equipped kitchen, a private hot tub, and a wood-burning fireplace—everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

 Yes, parking is available and free for our guests

The outdoor terrace and BBQ area are shared by all guests staying at the five lofts. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy a meal, and take in the beautiful views of Lac des Sables.
 

 Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our lofts. This policy helps us provide a comfortable and allergy-friendly environment for all of our guests, including those with pet allergies. 

 Check-in is from 4 h00 PM and check-out is by 11h00 AM. 

* Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

* * 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation total will be charged.

* * Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation total will be charged.

* Security Deposit

* A $250 security deposit is required prior to check-in. The deposit will be refunded after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition and there are no damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other additional charges.

 No. Smoking is not permitted on the shared terrace or in any common areas, out of consideration for all our guests. 

 Rainy days are perfect for slowing down and enjoying the moment. Relax in your loft, unwind in your private hot tub, bring your favorite book, and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views through your large private windows.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. These times allow us enough time to thoroughly clean, prepare, and inspect each loft so everything is fresh, comfortable, and ready for your arrival.

* If we can accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we’ll be happy to do so whenever possible.

Breakfast isn't included, but every loft comes with a full, private kitchen — so you can cook whatever you like, whenever you like.

There are no physical keys — it's fully self check-in. You'll receive your unique door code by email the morning of your arrival

Yes, all lofts are equipped with both heating and air conditioning, plus heated floors (plancher chauffant) for extra comfort in colder months.

No, the lofts don't have an in-room safe. Each door code is unique to your reservation and isn't shared with anyone else, so your loft stays private and secure throughout your stay.

Our price reflects a full-service stay, like a hotel, but with the privacy and charm of a loft.
